Poor Quality Product given on higher prices

Dear Sir,
I have purchased a Samsung Mobile model name Galaxy Note 9 for approximately Rs 70000 on 03/09/2018 under their flagship product criteria, My phone got display problem issue started from 01/04/2020 without any physical damage, when i went to company's online Samsung member portal & i register my problem, after few days what i saw that same problem happened with so many of same handset users, i filled complaint online, written to their seniors, visited to their service centre but they are saying change the display for Rs 17500 INR, this is Samsung product manufacturing fault since more than 250 handset users have the same problem.
kindly look in to matter since this company is not listening to our voice & harassing us to change by paying money.
