Complaint against zomato for charging unethical cancellation fees on the order.

Dear sir/madam,
My Name is Nishant Trivedi. Today on 4-jun-2020 I placed an order on zomato. Order was placed successful. But after placing order I got a call from delivery boy. Asking for address. I told him the address. After sometime I got a call from zomato customer care saying the address is wrong so delivery boy cannot deliver it.

1) First of all address was correct because it was my pre-saved address and I have made order on zomato previously for the same address.

2) If the address was wrong they should have informed me earlier.

Order was cancelled from the companies side but cancellation fees was charged on me. I never asked for cancelling the order.

While having chat with the customer support they accepted that system have flaw which can create these kind of situation.
