Complaint against Guru Nanak Suit Selection regrading my additional money refund

I am raising this complain against Guru Nanak Suit Selection, Vaishali regarding my Rs. 2200/- which was transact on 22nd Feb and still i am struggling to take my additional money back.

I was connected with my HDFC credit-card division, they told it will be taken care by payment gateway, while connecting with payment gateway, they told fund was transfer to merchant account on 24th Feb and now while i am connecting with merchant, he is asking i didn't received the money from the bank.

in over all i am totally frustrated to do this here and there. in last i am come her to file this complain against this merchant.

Please help here. I am going to attached all the conversation happen with my bank and payment gateway (mSwipe).

Let me know, if i need to give more details to make this case strong.
