SIR,
I ORDER A PHILIIPS HAIR DRYER WITH STAIGHTNER, A SAMSUNG MOBILE M20 4GB RAM+64GB INTERNALMEMORY, ACCU CHECK ACTIVESTRIPS, 2 SAN DISK OTG 32 GB N 4 OCTOBER 2019.
I RECIEVED THREE PACKAGES IN WHICH I RECIEVED ON 5 OCTOBER TWO OTG SAN DISK , ON 7 OCTBER 2019 HAIR DRYER WITH STAIGHTNER, ACCU CHECK ACTIVE STRIPS.
THE SAMSUNG PHONE NOT RECIVED.
THE COMPLAINT WAS LODGED WITH AMAZON AND THE REPLY WAS RECIEVED THAT PHONE WAS INSIDE THE HAIR DRYER PACAKGE. I MADE A VIDEO OF OPENING OF THE HAIR DRYER PACKAGE BUT THERE WAS CLEAR EVIDENT FROM IT THAT THE SAID PACKAGE HAS NO MOBILE PHONE INSIDE.
I COMPLAINED AGAIN WITH VIDEO BUT TILL DATE THEY DID REPLY THE SAME AS BEFORE. I AM BEEN FELT CHEATED AND HAS LOST TOO MUCH AS THIS WAS I WANT TO GIFT IT TO MY WIFE ON KARVA CHAUTH FESTIVAL. I SUFFERED A HUGE AMOUNT OF 11999 RS AND ALSO LOSS OF PRESTIGE IN FRONT OF MY IN- LAWS AND WIFE AND FRIENDS.NOW A DAYS PHONE IS MUST AND CAN SAVE THE TIME AND MONEY WHICH IS VERY CLEAR TO ALL. THUS I REQUEST TOTU TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND PROVIDE ME JUSTICE AND PROPER COMPENSATION OF RS 50000.
PLEASE HELP IN GETTING MY COMPENSATION ALONG WITH AN APOLGY FRM AMAZON.
