It is so called number one society but once you buy and come here to stay you will feel utterly cheated
There are menacing helpdesk staff and then there is so called council
They are just here to earn quick bucks from you and they would treat citizens as fools.
If you are non-marathi don't even thinkof staying here and in general avoid it
if you need any evidence it will be given to you
