Hello Tikona Users,
I purchase tikona connection 4 months in which they process something at the time of connection after they give lots of hidden charges. during the four months I faced almost daily issue disconnection my plan was 30 GB for month but due of bad internet connection . I am not able to use aleast 1 hr properly. that time I just consume 5 GB in month rest of waste. I call number of time give mail to them to stop the services in the same month they billed 2 month amount and they file complain against me to take money. worst internet service they are real thief which take money u just ask for connection then they start take money . they know everything that how to take money inside your pocket. please beware. I am kumud singh just infor you.
