ONIDA - After service not attained & complint not closed

I have launched a complain (1612B476380107) through ONIDA call centre (022-39889000) on 9th Dec ’16. Accordingly their local service team (022-65555027) visited and remove the Panel of the microwave) which was malfunctioning. I had paid service fees on 16th Dec ‘16 to the technician of the ONIDA service team. They have taken away and after few they bring back but it were not repaired. Again they had taken back for repairing. I have followed lot for repairing status but till date they did not return back. It was verbally communicated by Area manager Mr. Sanjay Sindhe (Mob.7506124854) it is not possible to repair and force to buy new with negligible discount.
I came to know the complain was closed (by technician Mr. Santosh More) without solving customer’s complain. ONIDA maintenance team did not returned / re installed the panel neither till date nor giving official communication for justification for such delay or in capability of the Organization.
