Paytm Order not delivered but reflects as delivered on website

I had ordered for 5 tops on Paytm. Order ID: 2579212244. Update for one of the 5 tops on website says as delivered but I have not received the order.
I raised a query against the order to paytm for which they replied that the order has been delivered and produced fake delivery proofs. It was fake because it didn't contain my signature.
I raised multiple queries and complaints to Paytm and nobody is responding. I want my money to be refunded. Please help in resolving the same
