Breach of Warranty by Intex Mobile accessories from flipkart

Have purchased the Intex Mobile charger from flipkart via invoice no- F04Z3UP17-2417dated 28.06.2016 which has the warranty period of 3 months. After useing it for less than 15 days mobile charger stopped working. When i contacted Flipkart, refussed my demand of repair/replacement saying that i had to contact INTEX consumer support portal to book my complaint. So, contacted Intex team for the support. they suggested me to visit nearest service center to get it repaired. But local service center said, they cannot accept it as warranty is valid only if charger purchased along with intext mobile. They also claimed that with out intecx mobile IMEI no they cannot book any job sheet. Also confirmed that they have not received any instruction to entertain such repair from INTEX company. Going back to intex customer service, again they asked me to visit same service center who again rejected it saying same reason explained above. When i demaned their(local service center) refusal in writing, they did not responded. I don't know how many of intex consumer suffering the same issue with respect to their FAKE warranty Contract. Please support me in fixing the issue.
