Unprofessional Behaviour by protection insurance from oneassist bought a xiaomi mi4i phone

I bought a xiaomi mi4i phone and along with that bought protection insurance from oneassist.My phone got broke and i raised for insurance.Same form they made me to fill several times and again again rejected my claim saying its not having detailed information.I was really feed up of them and started calling them.After several calls they told I need to fill a different thing in how my phone broke and also the date should be changed.they tld to fill the current date which was not the date my phone broke.
After all this they collected my phone but after that i got a response that claim is rejected.Now its going to be 1and half month they neither have returned my phone.They keep on saying it wiill take some more days.
