I have paid to Great Eastern Retail Private Limited by online transaction thru ccavenue upi transaction to greateasternretailpr.76039093@hdfcbank on 14/08/2021 Rs 40336 Ref ID 122659823039 from my paytm upi ID but no receipt have generated nor any refund credited to my bank.

I paid 18600 separately for 1 item Voltas Beko washing machine later after delivering because they were unable to find my payment.
