No refund as well as poor customer service

Ordered a pair of shoe dated 14th of August 2021,though the payment had been debited,but the order is not shown in app or website.
I tried reaching out several times via mail as well as customer service number,dated 15th August.
After several mail as well as calls,no response had been given,nor the refund
The mail had been kept unrespoded.
