Not give refund of my voucher

I was ordered a set of 5 leather begs bt naaptol is not give me the same brand so I returned it and naaptol generate me voucher of 999 after I was ordered a juicer of 499 and used that voucher bt due to lock down they r not delivered that and returned the product.....So they should regenerate the voucher of 999 bt they r not doing that...I was complaint almost 50 times bt they r nt provided me
