No Refund of Deposit, I bought the videocon d2h connection 3-4 yrs back.

I bought the videocon d2h connection 3-4 yrs back. Now i dont want it. i raised the ticked for account deactivation and refund my deposit. they deactivated the account but no refund. now they are saying they have no policy for refund. and asking me to sale the product or gift the product to recover my refund amount. this amount was collected from me by sales person saying this is deposit amount for connection when you deactivate the connection this will be returned. not suddenly after deactivation the "Deposit" word changed to "refund"
