Dear Sir/ Madam,
This complaint is regarding the whirlpool washing machine which I purchased on 1st of July from Digi1 store Kalayn, They have delivered me Damage productas soo they delivered I informed to Digi1 but they did not respond I tried reaching to customeer care ,they provide me the contact no of store manager and when I tried calling him he said he is on leave. I tried other numbers to but no one is responding after a week they sent a person from whirlpool he took some phtograph and now digi1 is not taking the responsibility. This is something which is not acceptabel after paying 20k I m still not able to use my product.
