Mental harrasment by idea customer care officers

I preeti parteti had idea postpaid simcard with no.8108752299. I lost my sim in July 17. Customer care executive adviced me from phone no.- 8425842619 on 18 Sept 17 to pay the bill of Rs.1376/- online and send the transaction ID on that no then they will close the Sim permanently. I followed the advice, pay the bill and send the transaction ID to them. But, still Idea customer care call me and told to pay the next bills since the Sim is not closed till today. They frequently harass me calling now and then and telling that they will file my complaint in LOK ADALAT as I have not made the payment.
I have already paid the payment upto Sept 17 on advice of Idea Co. but still they don't close my Sim and continue charging me instead of my request to close the Sim.
So please verify my complaints as per details given by me and do the needful to relive my issue.
