Newspaper service delay

I took Times of India Newspaper subscription in February 2022. For last one month the newspaper is being delivered very late around 9 am and I am not able to use it due to my work schedule. I complained over phone, email and tweets but there's no resolution yet. They didn't even lodge a formal complain. I asked them to cancel my subscription and refund appropriately however this will not happen without your interference. My subscription ID is 0035710610
