Roca bathroom fitting,,, Fitting are choked and no responce from Roca .

We have bought 3 WC of Roca bathroom products and all three got choked, we made complaint on Sunday but there is no after sales coustomer support. We however got one working through our society plumber, but rest two he was not able to repair.

We have made complaint 4 days ago no body responded ...we can't use our two washroom , in what mental torture our family going through and how difficult for us in morning to control NATURE CALL.

This is height of negligence of Roca company who has appointed such a distributor who is not capable to serve coustomer.

Kindly register our complaint and take appropriate action.
