Wifi or router in not working

Router is not working from last 10 days….
I called more than 50 times to your comapny
But still today there is no one came to visit at my home to resolve my problem.
Everyone says your problem is solve today.
I am suffering from last 10 days
If your team send one person atleast today to cheout my problem at my home so its fine.
Otherwise do one thing i want to discontinue your service.
Take out all thing of your timbl company from my home.
And refund my money…..
