sir i have booked one broadband connectionon you broadband by paying Rs/2997(two thousand nine hundread ninety seven ) by credit card on 18/03 /2020, tkey promised that connection will be compleated by 19/03/2020 evening ,but not provided later on they told me that due to lock down we are not able to provide connection now subciquently i requested for refund but after repeatedly request they are not refunding my money.
my payment confirmation number provided by you broadband is CC408884,AND EXECUTIVE NAME IS NISHANTI WHOSE MOBILE NO IS 9637498176 .
