Not delivered laptop

Tushar Bharat Zagade I have approach tushar bharat zagade, cell no 7738996595 & paytm no 9082583902, through enquiry on messenger. I was shocked by his offer, but then to i thought cheap laptop may be possible. As he told me that you have to transfer 50% money to me it was coming ₹3000. I transfered money to his bank account on 10th january 2019. He called me to know that i have transferred money or not. I said yesi have transferred money. So, he promised me that i will get laptop delivery on Saturday on 12th january 2019. But till now i did not get the delivery...i keep him calling everyday till today, i do message to him every day till today, then to he do not reply. What to do, i do not understand. Please help i am very very disappointed.
