MG Raipur did not repair right side damage since 1st July

Dear Service & CRM Head of MG Raipur,

Here is a summary of incidents that happened as on date:

1st July : Given for right side body work. No courtesy car was given.
5th July : Committed for delivery but no call no response for the delay. Not delivered. Delay from MG Raipur but no courtesy car was given.
7th July : Next committed date but no delivery no courtesy car.
8th July : Next committed date but no delivery no courtesy car.
9th July : Committed for delivery at 12noon but delivery was made at 7:30pm evening. Right side Paint, Alloy, Door Alignment work not done.
18th July : Next Committed date for rectification of work. But not done.
21st July : Next Committed date for rectification of work. But not done. No communication from MG for next commitment.
26th July : Went for Tyre Claim and again asked to resolve the issue.
27th July : Committed date for starting work and providing courtesy car. But not done. No communication till 2nd Aug.
2nd Aug evening 6:42pm : Picked the car and given courtesy car.
5th Aug : Committed date but not delivered
6th Aug : Committed date. Found work incomplete on inspection at showroom itself. No delivery.
8th Aug : Committed date but not delivered
9th Aug : Committed date but not delivered
10th Aug : Morning at delivery time, right side Paint, Alloy, Door Alignment were still not done. I denied from taking delivery but Service Head Nikesh Ji committed that all the work of right side will be done after 15 days when it will come for left side work along with commitment for providing courtesy car. There was also cleaning issue. Resolved through CRM and got delivery in 6:28pm evening.
25th Aug : No calls No communication for issue of 1st July.
26th Aug : Went for 2nd Free Service. Specifically mentioned the issue of AC, Rain Sensor and Cleaning. Committed time 5pm. Got the delivery at 7:19pm. Floor and floor mat completely drench with water, cleaning not done properly. Left unresolved by MG that night. AC stopped working while travelling back to Bhilai. Rain sensor not working properly. Issue of 1st July left unresolved.
27th Aug 8:56am to 9:53am : Travelled from Bhilai to Raipur without AC and with Open window. MG gave me drop off to the office. No courtesy car was given for my day working. Commited time 3pm. Delivery time 6:10pm. Car still not cleaned properly. Issue of 1st July left unresolved
28th Aug : Issue of 1st July left unresolved. No communication from MG
29th Aug : Issue of 1st July left unresolved. No communication from MG
30th Aug : Issue of 1st July left unresolved. No communication from MG
31st Aug : Issue of 1st July left unresolved. No communication from MG
1st Sep : Issue of 1st July left unresolved. No communication from MG
2nd Sep : Issue of 1st July left unresolved. No communication from MG
3rd Sep : Issue of 1st July left unresolved. No communication from MG.
4th Sep 11:51am : Went to refill Adblue, cleaning and enquired about pending work of 1st July. Got reply that we'll discuss about courtesy car and will revert back to you. Delivery time after cleaning was 4pm. Got the car at 8:30pm again with wet floor and floor mat.
5th Sep : Issue of 1st July left unresolved. No communication from MG.
6th Sep : Issue of 1st July left unresolved. No communication from MG.
7th Sep : Issue of 1st July left unresolved. No communication from MG.
8th Sep at 1:05pm : Issue of 1st July left unresolved. No communication from MG. Raised Complaint with Service Request Complaint No. 854305.
9th Sep Approx 12noon : Received call from MG Pulse HUB. They asked me whether dealer has communicated with you for left side insurance. I replied no communication have been since the date of complaint. They tried to connect MG Raipur in call conference but didn't able to connect and assured for revert call. Didn't get any revert in next 2-3 hours.
9th Sep 2:57pm : Sent a mail to pulsehub@mgmotor.co.in ; raipur.servicecrm@mgdealer.co.in ; raipur.servicehead@mgdealer.co.in ; regarding the very long pending issue of 1st July 2021. No calls from MG Raipur. Got email at 4:53pm on 9th Sep mentioning that they have resolved all the issues of 1st July and cleaning issue and only left side claim is pending.
10th Sep 8:49am : I sent a revert mail mentioning that issue of 1st July is still unresolved and have words about the same many times. It's a wrong reporting, and asked to visit my office with Service Head Nikesh Ji.
10th Sep evening time: CRM asked to wait for 7days to pick up the car for service. But I denied and asked for meeting. Meeting was scheduled for 11th Sep at 12noon.
11th Sep 12noon : Meeting rescheduled to 12:30pm by Nikesh Ji
11th Sep 12:30pm : No communication for further delay by Nikesh Ji
11th Sep Approx 1:30pm : Meeting rescheduled at 4pm by Nikesh Ji.
11th Sep 4:15pm : They arrived even after heavy rain (First Positive thing found in MG Officials) and discussion was done for around 45min to 1hour.
Service Head agreed to
1. Resolve all the issues in 3-4 days including left side claim.
2. One point communication - CRM will communicate.
3. Provide the courtesy vehicle and will reply on 13th Sep after 2pm on this.
4. Agreed for Accessories as complementary/compensation.
Further, CRM requested to close the complaint on temporary with the condition to reopen the same complaint.
12th Sep around 10am : Got a call from MG Pulse Hub for closure of complaint. I agreed for the same with the right to reopen and expecting compensation amount for the delay.
13th Sep : Again no communication in entire day. Issue of 1st July left unresolved. (Arrangement for courtesy car should have already been done / approvals had been taken till 25th Aug as service head was well aware of 1st July's pending work and his own commitment).
14th Sep : Got a call from CRM for notifying the availability of courtesy car on 16th Sep. Wait for 2 more days.
16th Sep evening time : CRM called and said arrangements of car has been done, Nikesh Ji went for training, 17th is Vishwakarma Jayanti, 18th Saturday & 19th Sunday insurance office will be closed. So the service will be started from 20th Sep Monday and it will take further 3-4days i.e. till 24th Sep.
16th Sep Evening : Requested to iCall for reopening the SR Complaint No. 854305. They replied that the request cannot be reopen and raised fresh Complaint No. 869064.
