I was a MMT Double Black Member and my membership expired on 23/11/2019. As a part of my membership scheme, If i dont avail any cancellation on Domestic Flights/Hotel, I will get a refund of 50% membership Fees in my MMT Wallet as MY CASH.

Now, I have been trying to explain this to customer care and get the issue resolved over several complain numbers raised during the month of December, 2019 and January, 2020. But, every time I dial into customer care, firstly, there is no IVR Menu to deal with MMT Double Black customers ( Whereas, the scheme proposed a dedicated line). I have to falsely declare that I have to get a domestic booking, to eventually reach a customer care representative, who is not able to find any history of my complaint and assures me a call back from back end team.

I have not received any call back from MMT Customer care and the issue is still unresolved as I have not got any credit of my past membership fees.

This has resulted in a very bitter experience, therefore I am not re-enrolling in this MMT Double Black scheme and simply want it to close and done with. I wanted to use this 50% refund of MY CASH for which i was eligible for my future bookings, but even after so many follow ups, it has not been credited and i had to make payments instead of utilizing MY CASH.

I urge the MMT Customer care to help their loyal customers, receive some little service and get responded to, and please get this issue resolved at the earliest
