I would like to understand the consumer policy from Samsung in india.

I purchase a palana TV in 2015 and after one year facebook a problem to which samsung changed the entre tv panel. Now i facebook the exact similar problem in October- November 2019 and Samsung do not make the tv panel any more for palana tv.

They are charging a very high rate of dwpreciation and there was no information from the brand regarding the non manufacturing of palana tv labels..


If there was any such communication shared by the brand then who will come into this trap.

Kindly share the consumer policy over a mail or a link.

1. No body informed me at the time of purchase that this product part will not be available.

2. The same issue happened in 2016 july and even at that time there was no communication by Samsung regarding non availability of parts in future.

3. No information regarding the depreciation at such a high rate.

This is a serious offence according to consumer rights and I will take it to social media and court.

If that's way you want to cheat and earn money from customers like us then inform us upfront.

FRAUDSTERS!!!!!!
