GTPL broadband service related

We are using GTPL from the last 2 years all working fine but on 15th June 2023 connection get disconnected due to the BIPARJOY cyclone and it's activated 29th June 2023.

So I lost some days without use so please extend my days with those missing days.

I drop this email and take lots of follow-ups and do calls every day but no solution every day I waste my 1 hour that which affects my office work also.

The customer team also talk that we don't have the system working right now so call again many times calls were not connected and sometimes they directly disconnected the call senior and junior both kinds of staff are so rude and just waste my time.

please give them a big penalty and make a kind of rule like when they are not giving the service they have to give double day extensions so customer gets some relief.

when the time for renewal they immediately disconnect the service but the time to repair or maintenance took a long time there should be some strict rules must be there.

15 days service extends and give some penalty to them.
