I mr swapnil mhaskar had taken gold loan from karvy finance thane branch my loan ac no is PR00381578 On 15 jul 2015 and they auction my gold wuithout intimating me. Its ok for me but now after auction it is more than 5 months pass away but i still not got my excess amount and they my cbil has showing me over due amount and in statmenet of my gold amount it is showing this company should pay me Rs. 8701/-
please help me out and take some action on this froud company so no other person shall be trated laike me they treated
