I have given my Panasonic smartphone handset to Shrisaitelecom, Court road, Shivaji Nagar pune on 23-July.

Agency were supposed to revert on 25/26 july, but no calls received from agency. I am calling them in their timing only 12 to 2 PM many times phone was unanswered, whenever phone was picked i have shared my receipt no i.e. 5360, but again they have no clue about it. 3/4 times agency people told me that within 10 min. they will call me and confirm the proceedings, but no one has professional approach to call customer.
