I Booked Renault Kwid Climber with the EMI of 24 months @7.20% interest rate.
after deliver of car they gave me a letter of 36 months EMI @8.16 interest rate. As its an "Renault Finance" they cheated me for more interest.
when I complained them about this issue they simply denied and said we have you signature. for above conversation i have all the proof which include "whatsapp" chat with the sale person and call recording with the sale person
