Complaint against Dairy shop for providing stale milk and refusal to exchange the same

Took 4 pckts of Amul Taaza milk on 11 Sep at 7.25 am. It curdled the moment it was put on gas. Immediately it was taken to the shopkeeper but he refused to exchange saying it is not his job. Rude behaviour and blatant refusal blaming Amul company was made.
I henceforth request the concerned authorities to do the needful and address my grievance. Milk packets are there as an evidence. It shows that stale milk was given. Either reimburse the amount or provide fresh milk packets to us. We would be grateful if such shopkeepers are admonished for wrong practices and being rude with the customers. I also request Amul Organization to take action against such suppliers.
