I have taken internet service from you broadband , my net is not working since 15 days and same issue have been faced by 15 other member of society , every time I complaint they said that backend team will contact you. But till now no team are connected with us , we went to branch office surat but same problem is faced by us , when we asked for refund then they denied.
Technician said still one month problem will not be resolved do whatever u want to do .
