We own a flat at 14-Lalbaug Society,Manjalpur Vadodara-11.One of the member of apartment applied for Roof top solar syatems.MGVCL contractor is spoiling the elevation of the building and is installing the system without our NOC and using common space.MGVCL needs to ask contractor to follow norms.
