Sir/ Ma'am,
I am Manisha Shah and I want to drive your attention towards my problem due to a defective product of AGL Tiles Company. I had bought 97 boxes of tiles of AGL tiles company (Nile White pre double charged) which had a cost of Rs. 1,20,799.93, from company's dealer "Kabra constructions" in INDORE.
With regret I would like to inform you that many of the tiles are found to be defective. Spots and patches are coming out in the tiles. This is spoiling the look of my house. After looking at tiles, one can NOT say that these tiles are of a premium quality and of a good brand like AGL. I wanted a premium quality for floor tiles for my house. But,I am totally unsatisfied with the product as its service is not as per its promises.
I have ATTACHED an IMAGE of BILL. Due the limitation of this website I could not attach the pics of my defective files.
I had sent about 32 pics of the defects to the MP state authority of this company. (Abhishek Sir, mob. 9922967787). These pics were of bedroom and hall only. If yet required I am ready to send the pics of defected tiles of my rest of the floor area of my house.
I have been following the company's customer care for the last 1 year. Also Mayank Sir (mob. 9825804662) of this company from Ahmedabad had visited my house and he agreed that it is the fault of the company's production. He promised us to provide the best of the services from the company's head office. But however after a few days he refused to do so and winded up the case by saying that it was the defect due to "fevicol" used in furniture. But I had covered all the tiles with protective sheets at the time when the furniture making process was going on in my house.Also "fevicol" is used in each and every house where furniture is made. So it is a TOTALLY WASTE CLAIM that the fault is due to "fevicol" used in furniture. Also I have not used any material which can harm the tiles.
So I request you to look upon this matter and PROVIDE ME COMPENSATION INCLUDING COST OF PREMIUM QUALITY TILES, CEMENT AND LABOUR.
