Sir,with very serious concerns,I want to informe ,that my 86 years old father sleeps with empty stomach along with other members of my family ,because the cylinder supplied by you is filled with water in place of LPG .
May I have the right to know ,who is responsible for that.
Immediately change the cylinder .
