Quikr is doing fraud by calling customer on the name of premium service.

I have bought the premium sales package by your employee Ajay Srivastav , his contact number is : 9990993041.
He said : he will be helping me to make the ads premium. He will be adding me as a dealer and show the laptop as a brand new .
Now he is not picking the call. I felt cheated .
I got the verification call after paying 2000 on 24th May 2017.
After so many mails and phone calls , today(6th June, 2017 , after 14 days of payment) I got a call(7532054775) that : "He is the manager of "Ajay Srivastav" and he started giving reasons .
In the bargain customer has to suffer.
Also , the purpose for which I had bought premium service, It has not been full filled and now you are giving me the validity for 2 month .
It was a great joke for a premium customer.(The fault was totally from Quikr end, I got a response after 14 days of making a payment..)

Quikr should refund the money ASAP.
