BennettColemann Co Ltd payment of New paper to TOI but no coupon received till date

Somebody called from TOI and came to receive a cheque of Rs.993/- from me which was debited from my bank account and credited to BennettColemann Co Ltd. Daryaganj as reflecting in my account statement. I also lodged complaint to this. complaint number was "COMLAINT NO. 1352377"over telephone number. The person who came to pick the cheque again called me from the same mobile no. i.e.8076095756 and assured me that i will get the coupons which i can give to my TOI distributor/seller at the time of billing. now when i called him again today, he says that he is not from Times of India/ selling agency.
