Fight with paytm to get cash back, 3 times already fought

one has to fight with paytm to get cash back. 3 times already fought . this 4th time i am fighting with them.Now they say its not eligible. where by terms and condition clearly says i am eligible for cash back for 5 rides every week.(image attached).where by they are denying it.
