Complaint against I ball compbook purchase through SHOP CJ is not working.

I have purchase a I ball compbook on 15 May bearing Order No 20160514080470 through SHOP CJ. But keyboard is not working properly and system becomes Hang back. I have been deposited RS 10098. No any action has been taken by the Shop CJ in spite of repeated complains. I Ball service centre says that Shoj CJ is not registered dealer. call me on 8953716884
