Dear Sir,
On 21-Sept-2016 I ordered a product from ebay. Item code is
Imported branded Polarized Aviator Sunglasses in Brown UV... (112143251796)
Ebay has not only send me the wrong product but also send me the product of lesser value. I lodged complain on ebay on 2-Oct-2016 vide complain number 2351083. Since then ebay has collected all the necessary information ,images etc but even then not refunding my money.
Its a clear case of cheating , ebay has send me lesser value product and that also very cheap in quality.
I want you intervention to protect the customer from such fraud and help us to get our money back.
