Hi Team Pantsheel,

We have tried to talk to you multiple times by calling from my registered number. 9xxxxxxx7.
But there is no call back.You only try to show up on the Wats App that is also very rare.
I tried to call one of your representative Radhika (name told by her. Number 8700791500).She is the one who frequetly called me before purchase of policy.

Also she said i can call her if i have any issues with policy or services.
No she is not picking up my call.Looks like my number is blocked or something.I tried to call from other number it rings but no body picks up the call.
on 23rd October between 3:00 PM to 4:00PM one person picked call on Radhika number.He said Radhika is in meeting & she will call back.

you promised that either i consult from you guys or get it reimbersed. Now forget reimbursement you are not even ready to talk.

There was no call back.Since then i tried to talk to you guys but no result.You only reply on Wats App that is also Very rare.

Now I want ti cancel my Policy because you have been very care less in handling the request.But again you say it cannot be cancelled.

i am ready to pay back reimbursed amount.But still you are not ready cancel it.

Your services have been very unsatisfactory.

I have registered a complain at consumer helpline.My complain number is 482290.
