I deal a home for 41 Lac in meerut. i allready paid him 13 Lac.they further required full money . once i said give the paper they said after completation half payment they provide paper. once i said him i am not intrusting they said deduct 25 % and rest of money they will after sold out the home pls advise me what i can do it and how i got either home or return full money , they simply humilate me.
