Charged MCD/State tax does not providing Receipt

Hi I have traveled on Apr 30 2016 from Delhi to Noida. They charged me Rs 431 of which they charged me State Tax/MCD
₹100. there is no MCD tax for leaving Delhi and there is no entry tax for Noida. I have sent related documents to Ola cabs for further investigation. No reply till today. Driver never paid any entry tax. Ola cabs illegally charging the MCD/State tax. since they did not paid any tax, they are not able to provide tax bill. =CRN231627464

    I called for a cab from UBER on the 31st August'16 morning to travel from Gurgaon to Delhi. Enroute the driver named Sumer with Hyundai Xcent car number 2209 did not pay the MCD tax but took rupees 100 from me and pocketed the same. On asking him to pay the tax he clearly refused to pay the same and said that it was his risk that he is not paying the tax. Such drivers should not be allowed to ply on the roads and their licenses should be confiscated by the authorities.
