I am using your kitchen chimney..i have lodggedy my service request (under AMC) last week with no.KAM1511763 for Agra..

But my service has not been done yet.
Very poor response received from serevice Centre every time..

I have taken the AMC(Anual Maintainance Cost) last year worth rs 1700 rs.
