Complaint against Quikr for not providing service and refund

Dear Sir/madam,

I had availed service from Quikr RTO services to procure NOC from Pune and re-register my car in Chennai post my transfer on 19-03-2019. It has been 10 months now, and I still don't even have an update if my application has been lodged at the Pimpri-Chinchwad (MH-14) RTO. Every time I ask, I am told that it is pending in RTO. I asked them an acknowledgement or application reference at the pune Rto 2 months ago. they have not provided me that as well. i am afraid they have lost my original documents. now when i am pressing for refund as the service was not provided, they are telling me that refund is not possible as documents are submitted already for which they won't give any proof. can you please help to resolve this and get me my original documents and refund, so that i can get the work done through some other vendor? my vehicle number for reference is mh14ga6584. the contact at quikr is ramitha.cr@quikr.co.in
