Complaint against Flyrobe regarding refund

Flyrobe is a company which provides Clothes on rent for occasions like marriage or other parties. I took three outfits on rent for which i paid advance security amount which was refundable after the submission of all the outfits. I took these outfits on 27 nov and 3 dec 2019. Submitted already all of them. But then the story of lies starts, i am chasing them on mail every day for my refund. They are just giving me dates and new excuses every day.
