I Saurabh jain Bought a travel package from T P SOLUTION(www.thetripplaners.com)
that time they promissed me samsung J7 mobile with this package now its been almost a year neither i got the mobile nor any package tour. I called them more than 100 times for the mobile as well as holiday package.every time they say some technical problem so we can not give u the booking .And now the validity date is over they said we will extend it for a year just give us a call 2-3 days prior I am tired calling them for the last 4 days but nobody is recieving the call. Now i am tired calling them and with there lame excuses. so please help me out as i want my money back as soon as possible.
