Paying for 3G services to Airtel but receiving only 2G service since last 6 month

I have been post paid customer of airtel since August 15.but since last 6 months only 2G network are coming in my phone whereas I am paying for 3G.Many complaints has been lodged. I have all the details of mail. But no solution to my problem has been done. Many times they said that their technical support person will visit me, but no one visited.
I still have the problem.
