Big Bazaar is not delivering the purchased order

We had purchased some products from Big Bazaar, paid the bill and requested for home delivery and paid already for the same as well. We purchased on Saturday 1st Nov and they promised to deliver on 3rd Nov, we had called them multiple times and they didn't pick. Also again we went to big Bazaar on 5th to ask them to deliver and they again promised to deliver by 6th before 12pm and still they haven't delivered neither picking up the call.
