My self sunil singh i Placed order On 21 Aug, 2016 with Order ID: 14765902488, Micromax 50C3600 FHD / 50C5220FHD 127 cm (50) Full HD LED Television With 1 + 2 Year Extended Warranty. i received on 1st of aug after receiving when micromax engineer open the box & check TV we found upper side of frame found damage. please check attached image for reference. immediately i call to snapdeal customer care your Representative told me Your item cannot be picked up as your address lies outside our serviceable area
then after i send the TV With Fedex courier amount paid 4100.00 rupees.
After this Snapdeal team decline to replace the damage product.
I got mail/call from snapdeal on 22/09/2016 for refund the my amount.
After mail again snapdeal declined to refund .
