I received a defective /damaged Asus Laptop, the seller is named as 'TBL Online' on Flipkart.
My 1st return request date is 10-05-23 as the product I got does not turn on and I have stated the reason to defective the Flipkart customer care stated the reason which I gave is defective instead I should be given the reason as damaged so they again raise the complaint as damaged product on 16-05-23 given me a timeline of 28-05-23 and asked me photo of laptop and I have mailed them all the proof of old laptop having scratches on the product, so I waited and given a reference ID-IN23051619252643833224 ,again Flipkart concern team called me on 22-05-23 and asked me the details of laptop and told me they will raise same complaint as multiple damaged and rejected my replacement and stated me that the return policy ended on 17 may 2023
Even though Laptop's listing shows 7 day replacement policy, I am not getting any replacement. So I contacted Flipkart customer support and they told me to contact asus customer care. I have called Asus customer care, and arranged for a technical visit as told by Flipkart customer care, Asus customer executive told the laptop serial number which I mentioned was bought on 9-3-23 ,and told me to send invoice and photo of laptop to a given mail id( INVsupport_IN@asus.com)
I have been contacting Flipkart by various means for 12 days with no resolution. Flipkart is not providing a replacement unit even after I send the image that has scratches on Asus technician has also inspected the laptop and processed DOA . I have talked to about 30 Flipkart customer service agents, including supervisors and no one is trying to solve the problem.
Sir I need a replacement.....I am attaching some proof of invoice and asus jobsheet you decide....
