Hi

I have purchased oneplus3 phone cover for Rs: 699, but the product received is not worth even Rs200. Hence I have called the call center and requested to arrange for cash back. As a customer I have right to ask for cash back. After calling the call center came to know and understand that this company is pakka cheaters company and the agent is not responding to the customers. They have whatsup service, I have requested ten times for cash back in WhatsApp, they are motivating the customers to to buy the another product which is in higher amount for the amount I have purchased as saying a word we will replace it Which shows how they are looting from the public.

I have the WhatsApp messages which was transacted between me and Customer Support.

Request you to please arrange cash back from this company. I have been following up with them from ten days no response. I am not interested in any of the products from this company.
